Pre-Event Preparation
2–4 Weeks Before the Event:
- Confirm venue booking, catering, and seating arrangements.

- Arrange necessary equipment: cables, tables, chairs, extension cords.
- Print or prepare schedules and tournament brackets.
Day Before the Event:
- Test equipment and network setup (ensure connectivity and speed).

- Stock up on food, drinks, and prizes.
Event Day Schedule
Setup:
- 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Set up tables, chairs, and gaming stations.
- Configure the network, internet, and test connections.
- Arrange prizes, giveaways, or certificates.
Attendee Setup:
- 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM
- Confirm attendee gear (PCs, monitors, peripherals).
- Ensure communication tools (Discord, etc.) are working.
- Distribute event schedules and rules.

- 12:30 PM – 1:20 PM: PUBG Casuals
- 1:20 PM – 1:30 PM: Break
- 1:30 PM – 2:20 PM: PUBG Regular
- 2:20 PM – 2:30 PM: Break
- 2:30 PM – 3:20 PM: PUBG Customs (Intense 4v4)
- 3:20 PM – 4:30 PM: Extended Break
- 4:30 PM – 5:20 PM: PUBG Customs (Regular 4v4 Tournament)
- 5:20 PM – 6:00 PM: Dinner Break
- 6:00 PM – 7:20 PM: PUBG Customs
- 7:20 PM – 7:30 PM: Break
- 7:30 PM – 8:00 PM: PUBG Customs (Car-shots only)

Team Setup:
- Two team leaders will be selected (determined by ChatGPT).
- Team leaders will do a schoolyard pick for team members.
- Teams will compete in a best-of-5 format.
End of Session:
- 8:00 PM
- Announce tournament winners.
- Distribute prizes, trophies, and acknowledgments.
- Begin breakdown of gear, tables, and chairs.
Post-Event Tasks
- Clean and organize equipment for future events.
- Collect feedback from attendees for improvements.
- Share event highlights (photos, videos, results) on the group’s website, Discord, and Steam group.
