To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we’ll take care of the essentials:

- High-speed **network equipment** (Ethernet cables, network switch, router)
- **Tables and folding chairs** for comfortable setups
- **Refrigerator** (coordinate with Roost for food items)
- Designated **smoking area**

Two team leaders will be selected, and teams will form via a schoolyard pick. Matches will follow a **best-of-5 format**.

- Breakdown and pack up equipment.

#### **2–4 Weeks Before**

- Confirm venue, catering, and seating arrangements.
- Send out invitations and finalize RSVPs.
- Prepare a network diagram and arrange necessary equipment.
- Print event schedules and tournament brackets.

#### **Day Before**

- Test all equipment and network connections.
- Finalize participant gear lists.
- Stock up on food, drinks, and prizes.
